New York City
 NYC
I so graciously fell/plopped into my seat on the uptown 6 at 14th street as the train started, after quickly ducking under your arm. We looked at one another and exchanged a silly, lingering smile.

I pulled out my Stephen King book and began to read as I felt my cheeks betray me. You asked me if it was any good and our conversation that followed became my favorite chapter this morning.

Unlike the length of his JFK novel, our conversation knew only brevity before you wished me a good day and got off at (I think) 33rd.

I was left at a cliffhanger, with nothing more than a memory of a handsome stranger on the uptown 6, and a shared appreciation for Stephen King.

I'm hoping that our storylines may reconvene and that we can explore a new chapter...
