I was walking down the sidewalk in my baseball cap with a cup of coffee in my hand. You were riding your bike at around 9:30am on west st. When I looked up, you were already looking at me and we smiled at each other. I watched as you went by and eventually you turned around to see if I was still looking, which I was, and we smiled again. At that point, I wish I signaled for you to pull a u-turn, but now I can only hope you see this!
