Hi NYC,

Last Saturday (Sept 21), I passed by the Ladder 6 firehouse in Chinatown with my mom and sister. One of the firefighters kindly offered to take a photo of us together in front of the ladder 6.
At first, I didn’t think there was anything more to it — I’m terrible at noticing signals. But later, my sister (who was watching from a distance) told me she thought he was smiling at me in a different way (maybe flirty). Thinking back, maybe she was right. He asked when I would be leaving and how long I was staying in New York. But I had to fly back to Belgium the next day, and I didn’t have the courage to give or ask for a number since he was on duty and I was accompanied by my mom and other family members.

I don’t have his number or anything else from him than a picture when he posed in front of the truck I wanted a picture of. I keep thinking about that brief, sweet moment. If that firefighter (or anyone connected to this firehouse) ever sees this, I’d love the chance to reconnect. If anyone know some members of this fire stations or any other to way to find this man, let me know please !
