We crossed paths this past Saturday around noon near Columbia University's campus, around the corner from Mount Sinai Morningside. I had just left the gym, and we made eye contact for a few seconds in passing under the scaffolding on W 114th and Amsterdam. A few seconds later, I stopped to get my umbrella from my bookbag, and you came back around to tell me I was pretty and that you didn't want to take too much of my time. I was surprised and honestly a little flustered, so I just said thank you and stared at you instead of keeping the conversation going. I regretted it the moment you walked away. I believe you were wearing a white medical coat with a tag/badge, so I'm assuming you work at or near the hospital. I'd really like a chance to talk properly if you happen to see this!
