To the guy who was wearing a light button down, navy (?) vest and a backpack.. we locked eyes for a moment and you gave me a small smile. I wish I wasn’t being shy and maintained eye contact. It seemed you wanted to say something. I was dressed in nearly all black (puffer, headband and cargos).
