I was at Treadwell Park UES today (Sunday, 3/16) and made eye contact with a guy multiple times. I planned on saying hi but missed my shot. He ran the marathon and was with a friend and his dad. He had longish brown hair wearing a hat and black shirt and shorts, his friend was tall and blonde with a hat and his dad was bald. He left around 3:15.
