We both were on the manhattan bound C train this morning and got on the same orange line after. We were close to each other in the corner of the train and I might have stared a little too long once I saw you. I was awkwardly reading a book (awkwardly because I wasn’t trying to stare) and wore a green scarf. You were in a beige jumper and had a silver pinky ring. I wanted to tell you how handsome I thought you were, but nerves got the better of me.
