We were both in the standby line for the Michael Che/Kid Mero Live Talk Show on Friday 9/6. We made eyes when you hopped in line and then we miraculously got sat across from each other at a table with two other couples. We awkwardly sat there patiently and quietly waiting for our drinks, then when the server brought us both our drinks we made eye contact again and did a cheers. Cue me finding the gumption to start asking you questions like we were on a first date lol. You mentioned you had just moved from California and your brother recommended the show. I mentioned I was visiting with some friends for my birthday that already had tickets from the show. There was ~energy~

When the show ended I awkwardly told you to enjoy the rest of your evening and headed for the street to wait for my group of friends. You came out and took a phone call a few feet away from me and I still somehow MISSED THE CUE!

Long shot but I’d love to take you on a real first date to another comedy show!!
