I want to say thank you for everything that you did to make her comfortable she ranted and raved. I am sure you heard the news but sadly one of the best patients didn't make it and she told me I should shoot my shot so I figure why not. I listend to you to try and advocate for her and that didnt work and sadly that wasn't Gods plan.
