Location might be off but I think the word you were thinking of was capricious (vs mercurial)! I had an epiphany while my cousin and I continued chatting about language. Thanks for joining the conversation as I bellowed ?FREEDOM? and ?EQUALITY? while walking around with a false sense of pride in the US (well, at least vs the UK). You changed topics to concepts of time and I wish we had more of it to continue talking.
